The most common message I get: “Great drawings, must be the pen! What kind is it?” This is a bit rude and naive. No magic pen will replace decades of study and practice. These drawings were done with Crayolas from the dollar store on Crayola paper. (For the record, I might own every brush pen and regular pen in existence and I use them all, pentel might be my fav) It’s nice to have good tools, but you have to put the work in.
1. Be generous with your smiles
2. Listen attentively when people talk to you.
3. Be warm and friendly. If you don’t know the people in the group, be the first one to introduce yourself.
